Inertia launches its first mobile track crusher, The 5066 Tracker, designed for quarried stone and recycled asphalt and concrete.  This mobile unit has hydraulic driven tracks and a removable triple axle with 72" spacing for ease of transportation.  There is a massive 14 cubical yard non-heaping hopper along with a 60" x 18' vibrating grizzly feeder with a 4' grizzly section and variable speed drive.  The impactor has a state of the art feed opening measuring 42" x 64" which permits immediate impacting of large product, decreasing the chance of bridged material.  It has a four bar rotor allowing two and four bar arrangements to optimize performance in a variety of applications.   The large open-style ribbed rotor delivers high inertia and requires less HP and fuel to operate.  There are two adjustable aprons allowing for multiple reduction ratios with a more cubical product and fewer fines.  The apron liners are reversible and interchangeable along with the housing liners.  This significantly saves on wear costs and service. The 42" x 39' discharge conveyor has a motorized head pulley and is capable of 1300 TPH.  The Tracker has a built-in stand for an optional cross belt magnet to process rebar and other metal separation.  The engine is a John Deere 400 HP Tier III with a 125 KW generator.  This machine also features a remote clutch and track controls.  The 5066 Tracker is versatile and can easily track around a quarry or down a highway recycling concrete and asphalt.  Built rugged with advanced operating features, it is ideal for just about any application and will deliver the most TPH for the investment.  Call us today to find out more!
